Services:

Anmol EduRange offers online and offline language courses. Online courses may include live classes, pre-recorded videos, interactive exercises, and other learning materials. Offline courses are conducted at our physical locations in Delhi NCR. The specific details of each course, including curriculum, schedule, and fees, will be provided on the Website or communicated to you directly.

Enrollment and Payment:

Enrollment: To enroll in a course, you must complete the registration process and pay the applicable fees. Your enrollment is confirmed upon our acceptance of your payment. Enrollment in a course is for the individual who registers and cannot be transferred to another person. Upon enrollment, you are expected to attend and complete the course.

Payment: Payment is inclusive of taxes. We accept both UPI and net banking transactions.

Course Responsibility: When you enroll in our course, if you leave the course without attending, attempting the exam, and without informing us, you will be responsible for the full course fee.

Refunds: Our refund policy is available at Refund Policy.

Course Materials:

All course materials, including but not limited to videos, documents, exercises, and software, are the property of Anmol EduRange and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any course materials without our prior written consent.

User Conduct:

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Engage in any form of harassment or discrimination.

Misconduct: If you are found to be misbehaving with our faculty, management, classmates, engaging in eve-teasing, making personal comments, or any other form of inappropriate behavior, your admission will be terminated immediately, and you will be removed from the course. Under such circumstances, no refunds will be issued.

Disclaimer of Warranties:

The Services are provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific results will be achieved.

Limitation of Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anmol EduRange shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

Modifications to Terms:

We may update these Terms at any time, and the revised Terms will be posted on the Website. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
